My Story
At the age of 22 I started out as a Boat builder, fitting out high end narrowboats and barges. It was enjoyable and varied work. One day I was making bespoke furniture and the next plumbing in a bathroom or fitting an engine. I also met a lot of wonderful people along the way.
15 years later I started my own business building high end French Roulottes (think shepherds hut with a French twist) for customers such as the National Trust, Gisela Graham of London, Folly Farm Adventure Park and other high end clients.
This was also challenging work requiring an eye for detail and a multi skill approach. Bathrooms, kitchens, painting, carpentry and flooring were just some of the skills required. I also began a background business helping local people and family with house repairs and small jobs.
The word spread and I found myself busier helping people than building Roulottes. So in early 2022 I decided to put all my time into my handyman services.
